All UK orders placed before 9.30am Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail.
Our postage charges are kept to the lowest level we can based on Royal Mail pricing.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to Rochester Soaps within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Rochester Soaps do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to Rochester Soaps within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Rochester Soaps reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights. Lost or Damage Goods Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact Rochester Soaps within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect so that we can immediately address the problem and notify our carrier if necessary. For retail customers, in the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case your order has been delayed.
